This study will assess if and how underrepresented minority dentists’ experiences with discrimination have changed over the decade. Researchers also aim to evaluate how experiences of discrimination have impacted their dental education, wellbeing, and career choices. This study will be conducted in collaboration with University of Maryland School of Dentistry, Diverse Dental Society, and the American Dental Association (ADA).
