This study will examine the role of Tribal Colleges and Universities as a pathway to dental careers for American Indian/Alaskan Native people and identify barriers as well as facilitators to developing sustainable and culturally responsive efforts to support the oral health workforce development. This study will be conducted in partnership with the Native Research and Evaluation team at Bowman Performance Consulting.
