ICE Continues March Guidance for Fall School Term

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) issues guidance for the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP). Over 1-million nonimmigrant students pursuing education in the US are impacted as March 2020 guidance states that new or initial nonimmigrant student status after March 9 will not be able to enter the US to enroll in a US school for the fall term to pursue a full course of study that is 100 percent online.
